A world's first course cocktail tasting showcasing our new menu ‘We call this Power’ hosted by our award winning bar team. Each cocktail is a celebration of our partner businesses, brands and most of all people that make BAR 1661 what it is today.
Situated in our adjacent cocktail factory, ticketed seats are extremely limited to 10 per session with 2 sessions per week available. This unique event is designed for flavour explorers, connoisseurs and passionate alcohol enthusiasts. A world first, we are proud to share this innovative platform with our guests, followers and supporters.

Please note when you place your order your tickets to the event will be sent to you via the email you provided when your order is confirmed.
What you need to know:
- Each session runs 19:00 - 22:30
- All bookings are seated around one shared island table.
- This is a ticketed event, ten seats per session only.
- Currently available Fridays and Saturdays
- Tickets for the event cost €165 per person.
What to expect?
- You will be welcomed with a Belfast Coffee and given (circa) fifteen minutes to take your seats and get comfortable.
- Once service starts, courses are presented five minutes apart with two blocks of service.
- Cocktails are served in mini format with matching glasses, ice and garnishes in the same manner as the full menu drink.
- Drinks are presented with information behind the partnerships, techniques, styles and names.
- We have 1 x 25 minute downtime where you receive a flights of our non alc options as well as shared food for the table.
- We serve 28 drinks total. There is a lot of liquor on offer, you DO NOT have to drink it all.
- All drinks and food are cleared after each course. Should you wish to hold back a drink please let this be known to your server.

Our WE CALL THIS POWER experience is an intimate, immersive experience with just 10 seats per event. Due to the bespoke nature of the evening, significant planning and preparation go into each guest’s place at the table. As such, the following terms apply: Booking & Payment Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. This secures your place and allows our team to prepare a tailored experience for all guests.Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been processed. Cancellation Policy All bookings are non-refundable, as each seat represents a significant portion of the table and is extremely difficult to resell at short notice.If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your seat to someone else. Please provide us with their name and any dietary information at least 24 hours in advance. Changes to Date or Time Requests to reschedule made within 7 days of your booking are subject to availability and will incur a €50 processing fee. We cannot accommodate date changes made within 72 hours of the event. No Shows & Late Arrivals In the event of a no-show, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or rescheduling.Late arrivals may miss elements of the experience and will be admitted at the team’s discretion, to avoid disruption to other guests.We appreciate your understanding. Our experiences are a labour of love and preparation, and we promise it’ll be worth every sip.
