Our first collaboration is with BAR 1661, Ireland's home of poitín. An experimental Amontillado Sherry barrel with rested Ban entwining whisky, fig, chocolate, and madeira using a unique cocktail aging method. Traditionally inspired, modernly made, this results in a rich golden blend with seasonal jammy fig flavours.
