Our WE CALL THIS POWER experience is an intimate, immersive experience with just 10 seats per event. Due to the bespoke nature of the evening, significant planning and preparation go into each guest’s place at the table. As such, the following terms apply: Booking & Payment Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. This secures your place and allows our team to prepare a tailored experience for all guests.Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been processed. Cancellation Policy All bookings are non-refundable, as each seat represents a significant portion of the table and is extremely difficult to resell at short notice.If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your seat to someone else. Please provide us with their name and any dietary information at least 24 hours in advance. Changes to Date or Time Requests to reschedule made within 7 days of your booking are subject to availability and will incur a €50 processing fee. We cannot accommodate date changes made within 72 hours of the event. No Shows & Late Arrivals In the event of a no-show, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or rescheduling.Late arrivals may miss elements of the experience and will be admitted at the team’s discretion, to avoid disruption to other guests.We appreciate your understanding.
